After more than 25 years, our Founder and Managing Director Dr. Lutz Weisser has decided to take on the position as Managing Director at our parent company Munich Airport International. We are pleased to announce that Adam Symalla has been appointed as Lutz’s successor and has assumed responsibilities as Managing Director of amd.sigma in October 2022.
Adam has more than 15 years of global experience in airport planning, development and management at senior and executive levels in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Africa. He has led a large number of airport development and management projects and provided strategic advice to public and private sector clients alike. With his extensive leadership experience and exceptional interdisciplinary knowledge of the airport industry, including enhancing customer experience while meeting ambitious commercial targets, he is the perfect fit to lead us in shaping the future of aviation.
