Commissioned by Fraport Brazil, we produced a concept planning for the Brazilian airports Fortaleza and Porto Alegre. Thanks to Fraport’s takeover, the two airports are being modernised and expanded. Our job was to develop the planning for the terminal expansions and the ground-based infrastructure and to set up the project organisation, all in an extremely tight timeframe from March to October 2017.
